Megalo Papingo – Sterfovrysi – Mikro Papingo

The route starts below the old school of Papingo and descends through the forest. Very soon it reaches a junction, where the path to the right leads to the Bistires climbing area. Ignore it and continue downhill, cross the stream, and just after passing the dry Sterfovrysi spring, you'll find a junction on the left toward Papingo. From here, after a short climb, you'll come out onto a lovely ridge with a small wayside shrine, and then enter Mikro Papingo, passing by a beautiful fountain.
An easy, cool, and short route, ideal for the whole family.
